NH-44 Devanahalli Corridor

NH-44 (Bellary Road) is the highway that links Devanahalli to Bengaluru and its airport. It is India's longest national highway. It was formerly NH-7. It is the spine of the airport corridor.

The Srinagar to Kanyakumari Highway

Turn south and the highway runs to the city. It passes Yelahanka. Hebbal flyover is 28 km from the site. That junction is the gateway to the rest of Bengaluru. Traffic thickens from there.

The southern run is the longer one. Plan it around the peak. Early starts are easier. Late returns are easier too. The highway itself is not the constraint. The city end is.

To Manyata Tech Park

Manyata Tech Park is past Hebbal on the Outer Ring Road. It is one of the city's largest office hubs. The drive south takes roughly 40 minutes. MG Road is 38 km from the site.

A 40-minute highway run is workable. Many Bengaluru commuters do worse inside the city. The difference is the road type. A highway holds its speed. An arterial road does not.

So a home here keeps two job markets open. The airport belt is north. The city offices are south. Households can split the difference. That flexibility is part of the growth corridor story.
